The Elephant Company makes every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demand exceeds our supply. If a customer places an order for a product which is not in stock and has prepaid for it online, The Elephant Company will inform the customer through an email and credit his/her credit card account within five business days of placing order. We will not retain a customer's request for an out of stock product in a back order system. However we have a NOTIFY ME FEATURE for out of stock items where you can enter your email address and we will notify you when the product is back in stock.
From time to time we restock our products. Most of the products which are sold out become available within 15 days. For a special request, please contact our customer care, who will assist you further.

Yes, we do! While we aim to provide COD to all pincodes in India, there are still some pincodes where COD is still not available, however we keep updating our COD serviceability. Just select the COD payment option at the time of checkout. We currently charge INR 99 as a COD handling fee. COD is not available for international orders.

There are no hidden charges! All our prices include local taxes. We offer free shipping for orders above INR 800. For Furniture and Lighting category products we apply a delivery charge of INR 250. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders we charge a handling fee of INR 99. For international orders we charge shipping fees based on actuals, as per our well-negotiated rates with Fedex.
