RETURNS POLICY

The Elephant Company has a no questions asked returns policy. We will gladly accept any unused product in its original packing within 15 days of delivery.
On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or refund the product amount.

In which cases can I return the product?

Products can be returned in these two conditions:

       1) You have received a damaged product: A product can get damaged in transit and while we do ensure best possible quality controls, sometimes a damaged product might go unnoticed.

       2) Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, color and / or size.

What is the returns procedure? 

1) If you want to return any product because of any of the above two reasons, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. You can contact our Customer Support Team by sending us an email to support@theelephantcompany.com or call us on +91-22-40317789 between (Mon - Fri, 10:30 am - 6:30 pm)

2) If you receive a product that is damaged we request you to send us images of the product along with the packaging in the condition you received it through email, while lodging the complaint with us. We will appreciate if the products are returned to us in the original packaging to minimize any further damage on return shipments. If you are not sure how to pack the product in order to return it, please speak to our customer care representative who will be happy to guide you.

3) Please use a track-able and reputed courier company for the same. We must receive the return shipment within 10 days of lodging the complaint & receiving the confirmation for sending the product back.

4) Once we receive the returned products and after inspecting the condition (products should be in original packaging and un-used condition), we would either send you a replacement OR issue you a refund for the same through an online bank transfer only within 7 working days from the confirmation date of receipt of returned item. No cash refunds are made.

5) Any product purchased on discount prices / sales offer will not be returned or exchanged.

Who pays the postal/shipping charges for the returned goods? 

The customer pays the return shipping charges. We do not reimburse the shipping charges unless the items/products qualify or fall under Return Policy.

Terms & Conditions for Return:

The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with The Elephant Company’s Quality Assurance Team.

The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.

1) The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.

2) PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.

3) Products in sets cannot be returned individually.

4) If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same.

5) Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website.

6) If you have not received the complete order or there are any discrepancies from what you had ordered, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours from the date of delivery to report the issue. No request will be entertained if concern is not raised within this stipulated period.
